The PVT Network aims to promote evidence-informed primary prevention practice, to build the capability of the Western Australian primary prevention workforce, to build and strengthen relationships within the primary prevention workforce, to develop a collective knowledge of primary prevention activities being undertaken throughout Western Australia and to identify opportunities for collaboration.
PVT recognises the need to expand the practice of primary prevention of men’s violence against women beyond specialist practitioners. The primary prevention workforce is multidisciplinary, diverse and comprises a wide range of roles. The PVT Network is open to anyone broadly situated within the primary prevention workforce.
Network meetings are convened monthly via Microsoft Teams and new members are accepted at any time throughout the year.
